TECH RAN A/C SYSTEM AND NOTICED THE AIR COMING OUT WASN'T BLOWING AS COLD AS IT SHOULD BE. THE VEHICLE SAT OVERNIGHT, TURNED ON THE DASH VENTS AND COULD SMELL FREON THROUGH THE VENTS, CONFIRMING THE INTERNAL LEAK INSIDE THE DASH. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE THE EVAPORATOR CORE. CUST AUTH REPLACEMENT OF THE EVAP CORE.
SERVICE AC SYSTEM -EVAC AND RECHARGE AC -ADD DYE AND LEAK TEST -Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with Refrigerant. Test system performance.
DURING INSPECTION, TECH FOUND THAT THE BATTERY CCA'S WEREN'T TESTING AS HIGH AS THE BATTERY IS RATED. THE DATE STICKER ON THE BATTERY IS 11/13. THERE IS ALSO EXCESSIVE CORROSION BUILT UP ON THE TERMINALS. RECOMMEND REPLACING BATTERY AND TERMINALS. CUST AUTH REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY AND DAMAGED TERMINALS.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

MANY ISSUE HAPPENING CAUSING THE SES LIGHT. #6 FUEL INJECTOR IS LEAKING THROUGH THE CONNECTOR. THIS IS THE MAIN DRIVE ABILITY ISSUE, CAUSING THE BOGGING. THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE SES AND GAS CAP LIGHT ALSO IS THE CHARCOAL CANISTER HAS BEEN DAMAGED AT SOME POINT. WILL NEED #6 INJECTOR AND VAPOR CANISTER
NO OIL ON DIPSTICK AT TIME OF INSPECTION. MULTIPLE OIL LEAKS ARE PRESENT, WILL NEED TO START WITH THE WORST AND WASH DEGRESE AND FILL WITH DYE. MAIN LEAKS RIGHT NOW ARE VALVE COVER GASKETS, OIL PRESSURE SWITCH, TIMING COVER. VALVE COVER LEAK HAS ALSO FOULED OUT PLUGS.

REPLACE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH
REPLACE SPARK PLUGS
REPLACE TIMING COVER GASKET AND FRONT MAIN SEAL
