Who founded Team-One Automotive, and what inspired them to start this venture?

Team One Automotive was founded by Nathan Hayes and Larry Grimm. Their journey began when they became friends while working at a locally owned and operated dealership in Tulsa. While working together and maintaining a strong friendship, Larry and Nathan realized the potential to create something of their own. They chose to venture out by themselves, steering away from the traditional dealership environment. This decision marked the inception of Team-One Automotive, and it has been a successful journey and business venture for the past 15 years.

Meet the dynamic individuals who form the core of Team-One Automotive’s staff, each bringing unique expertise to the table. Our front office team comprises three dedicated car enthusiast advisors, well-versed not only in the intricacies of their roles but also in handling everything from basic maintenance to modifications. They share a genuine passion for cars and effortlessly connect with our customers that are both car enthusiasts and non car enthusiasts.

In addition to our advisors, our front staff includes a parts and service director who harbors a deep passion for automobiles, particularly in BMW’s. Our technicians, 6 of which are ASE master technicians, as well as a range of B level to A level techs have vast capabilities and they approach every challenge with skill and enthusiasm.

While our primary focus is on maintenance and service, we specialize in Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, BMW, Mini, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Ford, Chevrolet, and a majority of European vehicles.
